Job Description: Circle Finance Capex Associate
Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhu Bhavan Road)
Employment Type: Contractual (Third-Party Payroll)

Role Summary:
The Capex Associate will support finance operations related to capital expenditure, invoice validation, cost control, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate accounting and efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate invoices, especially non-standard costs
- Manage credit notes (CN) and ensure proper accounting
- Handle payment holds/locks for discrepancies
- Support Capex governance and track MOM closures
- Prepare and share reports with corporate teams
- Drive cost control and Capex optimization initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance
- 13 years of relevant experience
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and finance processes
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
