Mechanical (HVAC) Design

- Focus: Ensuring occupant comfort through temperature and air quality control, often using systems like split units or ductless solutions for residential spaces.
- Key elements:
- HVAC layout drawings: Depict ductwork, air conditioning units, and fans to ensure proper air distribution.
- Equipment placement: Shows the exact locations of equipment like boilers, pumps, and cooling towers for proper installation and maintenance.

Electrical Design
