Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the entire EHS functions
- Plan and strategize EHS processes for continual improvement in the productivity level with implementation of effective engineering controls and ensure minimizing environmental damage.
- Increase organizations EHS practices through reviewing EHS matrices and provide fruitful solutions to make safe workplace for all.
- Strengthen the organization’s EHS goals through Audit and inspection Planning, EHS incident investigation & prevention, EHS improvement projects, Training & Development initiatives.
- Analyze the changes in government regulations and communicate to the management by prevailing applicable changes of implementation in the EHS system through effective planning.
- Formulation and implementation of entire ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 system in line with standard requirements and organization needs.
- Framing of best EHS SOP in line with process requirements and as per the required legal norms.
- Formulate, implement,



and communicate EHS budgets, policies, and SOPs in line with changing business environment and statutory requirements across the organization to promote reliability, increase simplicity, and enable scalable EHS improvement growth.
- Organize setting Health and safety programs in the organization and ensure prompt resolution of employee EHS grievances & maintain cordial employee relations.
- Advise and assist in Planning & delivering of EHS safety projects, best pollution control system, engineering controls for the achievement of organization EHS objective to improve safe productivity.
- Comply with legislative issues and guiding the preparation of reports and returns.
- Inspection of the facility with safety round and reporting concerns with planning the suitable actions
