We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. If you enjoy sourcing great talent, building solid pipelines, and driving a smooth hiring processthis role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing screening interviews offer onboarding
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms & referrals
• Understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct detailed HR screening (skills, experience, CTC, NP, culture fit)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain trackers, reports, MIS & dashboards
• Handle offer rollout, documentation & reference checks
• Ensure positions are closed within defined TAT
• Build a talent pipeline for future requirements
