Experience: 2?5 Years in PEB / Structural Steel Projects

Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising and executing PEB erection and site activities as per approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day PEB erection and installation activities at project sites.
- Execute erection of columns, rafters, purlins, girts, roofing, and cladding systems.
- Study and interpret GA drawings, erection drawings, and technical specifications.
- Monitor alignment, levelling, plumbing, and bolting of PEB structures.
- Coordinate with erection contractors, supervisors, labour teams, and site personnel.
- Ensure site activities are completed as per approved drawings and project timelines.
- Monitor daily work progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Check availability of materials, tools, tackles, cranes, and equipment required for erection.
- Coordinate material receipt, unloading, storage, and reconciliation at site.




- Identify site execution issues and coordinate with the Project Manager / Engineering team for resolution.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during structural erection, roofing, and cladding activities.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain relevant checklists and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and site safety requirements.
- Participate in site and client coordination meetings.
- Support measurement, billing, and quantity verification activities.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic material storage at the project site.
- Assist in project handover and closure of site punch points.
