Role & responsibilities:

- Aseptic & Isolator Operations: Perform aseptic processing, filling, and sealing operations within ISO 5 (Grade A) isolator environments. Manage setup, dismantling, and sterilization of filling machines, filtration vessels, and autoclaves.
- Contamination Control: Execute Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (HO) decontamination cycles for isolators. Conduct online and offline filter integrity testing, glove leak testing, and particulate monitoring.
- Batch Production & Documentation: Accurately complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and line clearances in real time following strict GDP (Positive Documentation Practice) guidelines.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Execute minor maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and preventative maintenance (PM) of filling lines to minimize downtime while maintaining sterility.
- Compliance & Safety: Comply with cGMP regulations, wear appropriate cleanroom PPE (sterile coveralls, masks, hoods), and participate in routine gowning/hygiene qualifications.

- Required Experience: - 3 to 12 Years
- Required Educational Qualification: - M.Pharm. / B.Pharm. / Diploma / ITI
