Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency of Moulding Machines, Paint Shop Equipment, and Utility Systems. The role includes preventive maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, spare parts management, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Injection Blow Moulding Machines and auxiliary equipment.

- Perform maintenance of paint booths, ovens, conveyors, pumps, and PLC-controlled systems.

- Manage utilities including Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, DG Sets, Pumps, WTP, and Electrical Systems.

- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.

- Analyze breakdowns using RCA and implement CAPA.

- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.





- Ensure EHS, ISO, and LOTO compliance.

- Support TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

- Injection/Blow Moulding Machine Maintenance

- Hydraulic Pneumatic Systems

- PLC Troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron)

- VFD Servo Drives

- Paint Shop Equipment Maintenance

- Utility Systems Maintenance

- Electrical Panel Troubleshooting

- Preventive Predictive Maintenance

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Knowledge of Computer and SAP

Additional Requirements - Experience in the automobile industry is highly preferred.
