Minimum 3 years of Pharma recruitment experience.

Experience hiring for clients such as Novartis, IQVIA, Pfizer, or similar global pharmaceutical organizations is highly preferred.M.Pharm

B.Pharm, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology or related disciplines Proven experience leading Technology recruitment teams.

Robust stakeholder management and team mentoring skills.

Expertise in hiring across IT technologies and niche technical skill sets.

Strong experience managing recruitment teams and delivery.

Ability to drive hiring targets, mentor recruiters, and manage client expectations.

Experience in Technology and/or Pharma recruitment is preferred.

Strong understanding of technical terminology related to:

Pharma

Life Sciences

Clinical Research

Healthcare

Prior experience leading Pharma recruitment teams is preferred.
