Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Ensure proper display of furniture to enhance customer experience
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets and team handling.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/procurement teams
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily store accounts
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
