We are looking for someone who is expertise to manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations including documentation, classification, high-value shipment release, and broker support, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all processes.

Work Details:

- Shift: Rotational
- Work Mode: work from office
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Year of experience: 0.6 to 2 years
- Week off - Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process and manage customer orders.
- Coordinate import/export shipments and logistics.
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and provide customer updates.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Resolve order and shipment-related issues.
