Seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Endpoint Agent Development team. The team is responsible for building and maintaining the core agent technology that powers Kaseyas Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. The endpoint agent runs on Windows, Linux, and macOS devices and is responsible for device monitoring, remote management, automation execution, patch orchestration, security compliance, telemetry collection, and secure communication with cloud services.
The ideal candidate will have robust systems programming experience, expertise in C++, and a deep understanding of operating system internals, networking, security, and distributed systems. Technical Skills: Must to have: Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20) Strong understanding of:
Operating System Internals Multithreading Concurrency Networking IPC mechanisms OpenSSL CMake, Git, Debugging Profiling Tools Good to have: Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets TLS 1.2/TLS 1.3 Certificate Management Domain Knowledge in Remote Monitoring Management
