We are seeking a highly experienced Java Spring Boot Architect Lead with strong hands-on coding capabilities to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade applications. The role involves building scalable microservices, APIs, modern user interfaces, and integrating AI capabilities, while guiding teams through best engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture And Design Design and define enterprise architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Drive API-first design, RESTful services, and system integrations, Ensure scalability, security, performance, and resiliency across services
- Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
- Review and approve design documents, code, and technical solutions

Development Hands-on Coding

- Actively code and mentor teams on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Hibernate JPA
- Implement API gateways, service discovery, configuration management
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and CICD pipelines

Frontend UI Collaboration

- Oversee UI development using Angular or React
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless backendfrontend integration
- Define UI integration standards and performance optimization strategies

Cloud Platform Engineering

- Design and deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred)




- Work with services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery
- Enable cloud-native practices, containerization, and DevOps automation

AI Innovation

- Collaborate on AI-driven features such as intelligent automation, analytics, or decisioning
- Integrate AI/ML components with backend systems where applicable
- Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions
- Support recruitment, technical interviews, and skill development initiatives

Experience Core Skills Backend (Mandatory) Required

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 8-12 years relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Core.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Java (Java 8+ / Java 11 / Java 17) Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Security Microservices architecture RESTful API design and implementation
- Database technologies: SQL / NoSQL JPA / Hibernate
- Messaging systems (Kafka / PubSub / RabbitMQ)
- Frontend (Mandatory Either One) Angular OR React
- Strong understanding of UIAPI integration
- Engineering Practices CI/CD pipelines
- Git-based version control
- Unit testing, integration testing
- Design patterns and clean code principles
- Good to Have Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
- OAuth2, JWT, API security
- Domain-driven design (DDD)
