Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, taxation, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Create and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Process monthly payroll and employee settlements.
- Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and labor regulations.
- Prepare monthly P&L; reports, Balance Sheets, MIS reports, and financial statements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors,



and regulatory authorities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 7 years of experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred
- CA Inter, CMA, or MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience handling end-to-end accounting independently.
