Position /Role/ Designation: SME Subject Matter Expert (1D)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented SME to join our Business Intelligence team, specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions that drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making within the healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building data collection from various system software/platform and analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights
- Analyzing data sources and proposing solutions such as dashboards, automatic tools, and formulated workflows to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis
- Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics, financial data, and operational KPIs.
- Providing data-driven decision support by doing daily/weekly/Monthly reconciliations, deficiency reports, inventory volume, and trends
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Partners, billing / AR specialists, and revenue cycle management stakeholders, to understand their analytics needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing BI solutions, processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




- Identify opportunities for process automation, data mining, and predictive analytics to optimize revenue cycle operations and drive cost savings.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare revenue cycle management and Business Intelligence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SME role, with a strong focus on healthcare revenue cycle management HB projects.
- Proven experience in managing RCM HB projects
- Knowledge on BI tools and technologies (e.g., MS Excel, data visualization, reporting tools) used in healthcare analytics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, terminologies and coding systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Good project management and organizational skills to handle multiple BI initiatives simultaneously.

Certifications (Optional but Preferred):

- Relevant BI or Data Analytics certifications from vendors like Microsoft, Tableau, or others.
- LSSGB / LSSBB
