Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive a strategic Gen AI focused Salesforce transformation project for ADP. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep Salesforce platform expertise, and hands-on experience integrating AI-driven solutions into Sales, Service, and Data Cloud ecosystems. The Tech Lead will mentor teams, own solution architecture, and work closely with business and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and implementation for Gen AI initiatives.
- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Design and guide integrations of Gen AI / AI-driven capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, external AI APIs).
- Provide technical leadership for Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and integrations.
- Own solution architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Review designs, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development standards.




- Mentor and guide developers; support sprint planning and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Drive CI/CD, release management, and DevOps best practices (Git, Copado/Gearset, Azure DevOps).
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years on Salesforce platform.
- Robust hands-on expertise in:
- Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (expert level)
- Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, harmonization, segmentation)

- Experience with Gen AI use cases on Salesforce (Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, AI integrations).
- Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in technical leadership / lead role handling complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
