Lead- Founder's Office/ Protocol details -

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and execution-oriented professional to manage the Founders Office. The role involves handling protocol, executive administration, scheduling, travel coordination, stakeholder management, meetings, visits, security oversight, and special assignments on behalf of the Founder.

This position demands exceptional discretion, professionalism, planning ability, and attention to detail. Ex-Army Officers/Veterans with experience in administration, protocol, coordination, or leadership roles are strongly preferred.

Lead People (HR) Details -

We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven professional to lead the People function of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performance culture while overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, learning & development, policies,



and compliance.

The organization strongly values integrity, loyalty, discipline, ownership, and leadership. Ex-Army Officers/Veterans are encouraged to apply. Functional expertise can be developed; however, strong leadership capabilities and cultural alignment are essential.

Lead Business (Operations) details

The Lead Business will be responsible for driving operational excellence and overseeing all business-related activities of the organization. The role requires a highly disciplined leader capable of managing teams, improving operational efficiency, driving execution, and ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Essential Requirements

- Retired Defence Officer with strong leadership and coordination experience.
- Rank preference:
- Lieutenant Colonel
- Colonel

- Candidates who have undergone ADC (Aide-De-Camp) Training will be highly preferred.
- Solid exposure to protocol management, executive coordination, administration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
