As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and delivering software solutions for industrial communication systems.
- Design and develop realtime embedded software using C++
- Define and review software architecture and design
- Work on industrial communication protocols such as
PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus, BACnet, CANopen, OPC UA, IEC 61850, DNP3 and more
- Develop software for microcontrollers and RTOS environments
- Work on kernels, bootloaders, device drivers, and system libraries
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded software using advanced tools (e.g., Lauterbach debuggers)
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of experience in software development with strong C++ expertise
- Proven experience in industrial/communication protocol development
- Strong background in RTOS, multithreading, and eventdriven architectures
- Handson experience with protocol analyzers (Wireshark, Modbus tools, Profibus Analyzer, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication
- Robust leadership, mentoring, and problemsolving skills
