Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
Handle employee lifecycle activities and maintain employee records
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update HRMS and employee databases
Assist with payroll coordination and compliance documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR activities

Preferred Profile:





4–7 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Strong knowledge of onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS, and HR processes
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools

Added Advantage:

Experience in domestic hiring
Immediate Joiners or candidates serving short notice periods
Exposure to payroll support and compliance activities
