Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams whenever required.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers only.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.
- Comfortable working from the office in Kochi.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
