The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete functional testing of the Salesforce LOS application. nnKey Responsibilities: nConduct functional testing from lead generation to loan disbursal. nIdentify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies. nCollaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities. nAutomate test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.



nConduct performance and stress testing to evaluate application stability. nMaintain detailed test documentation and reports. nnQualifications: nBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. nProven experience in Salesforce testing and QA methodologies. nFamiliarity with the Loan Origination System (LOS) journey from lead to disbursal. nSolid problem-solving and analytical skills. nExcellent communication and documentation skills. nCertification in Salesforce or QA is a plus. nKnowledge of test automation, regression testing, performance testing, and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). nUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. .
