Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
