Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.




- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment in CRM environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge & experience working on MS Dynamics CRM.
- Strong general programming and development skills.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Azure services.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, Java script, JS library.
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization and integration best practices.
- Looking for experience with min 3+ years on the role.
- Any bachelor's degree is ok.
