We build things that actually fit the way a business works - fast, on a proprietary delivery platform we've built in-house.Role DescriptionYou'll be the primary point of contact for our clients from project kickoff through go-live and beyond. You'll gather requirements, envision how the software should work - mapping user flows, structuring pages, and defining the experience before development begins. A client will describe what they need in plain language; you'll turn that into aprototype or demo of the actual flow, so both the client and the developer are looking at the same thing before a single line of code is written. Getting that flow right matters more than anything else in this role - it's what the developer builds from. You'll manage developers, ensure on-time delivery, and - critically - identify where a client's business can benefit from additional Faxtor solutions. This is a high-ownership role.
