NKey Responsibilitiesn N Record and maintain accurate entries for sales on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart, and website N Reconcile order reports, settlement reports, payouts, commissions, ad spends, returns, and RTOs N Track GST, TCS, and TDSand ensure data is audit-ready N Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, and platform-wise profitability N Maintain clear records for inventory movement, discounts, promotions,



and marketing spends N Coordinate with CA for GST filings, compliance, and audits N Daily BRSn Daily Payment using Net Banking NnRequirementsnPrior experience in e-commerce accounting NStrong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets NPractical understanding of marketplace settlement structures NHigh attention to detail and strong ownership mindset NWhat We ValuenAccuracy over excuses NClean data and clear reporting NAbility to close tasks rapid NWork Location: Office-based, WFH not allowed NExperience: 4+ years in e-commerce accounting preferred
