Job DescriptionTitle: SOX ITGC Consultant NStart: 1st September NDuration: 5 month contract + possible extension NLocation: Hybrid (Onsite 2-3 times per week in Bangalore office) NResponsibilities: Nn Lead and support testing of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and Automated Controls for SOX Section 404 compliance. N Partner with process owners to identify, remediate, and maintain SOX control compliance. N Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing documentation, evidence, and audit support. N Maintain documentation for ERP security controls, risk assessments, compliance activities, and audit findings. N Monitor emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes, updating control frameworks as needed. N Develop and enforce ERPsecurity policies, standards, and procedures. N Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls to protect ERP systems, applications, and data.



N Evaluate the effectiveness of security controls through regular assessments and recommend improvements. N Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into ERP implementations and system upgrades. N Advise stakeholders on security best practices and compliance requirements. N Support regulatory and external security audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards. N Prepare and present security, risk, and compliance reports to senior management.
