N To own Customer Experience during a project. N To lead and own quality& accuracy of design deliverables. N To own an end to end Project lifecycle. N Strong communication, presentation skills, and a result-oriented, collaborative mindset. NnWhat We're LookingFor Nn Graduation in Interior Design / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education. N Minimum experience of 4-5 years as an Interior Designer. N Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects N Holds project expertisein Creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies N Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers N
