N Develop and execute outreach programs to increase awareness and visibility of the school. N Organize open houses, campus visits, admission counselling sessions, and parent interactions. N Build relationships with prospective parents, educational consultants, community influencers, and feeder institutions. N Support branding, marketing, and awareness campaigns that strengthen the school's market presence. NnStudent Engagement& Retention Nn Design and implement initiatives that improve student participation, engagement, and overall school experience. N Organize student orientation programs, leadership initiatives, assemblies, cultural events, and recognition ceremonies. N Conduct student feedback surveys and recommend improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention. N Collaborate with academic and co-curricular teams to strengthen student involvement across school activities. NnParent & CommunityEngagement Nn Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular engagement programs. N Organize parent workshops, information sessions, and community outreach initiatives. N Act as a bridge betweenstudents, parents, and school leadership when required.
