You will oversee project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial discipline, while collaborating with cross‐functional teams to address both functional and technical challenges. N Oversee project planning, including work breakdown structure (WBS), resource allocation, and cost management. N Ensure expense management, including run‐rate tracking, costing, and resourcing, to maintain financial discipline. NnStakeholder & RiskManagement Nn Manage stakeholders effectively, addressing risks and issues proactively. N Propose alternative solutions to ensure project success. N Centralize project information to facilitate data‐driven decision‐making and drive consensus among stakeholders. NnTools & Reporting Nn Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel (for data mining), and PowerPoint to track progress, analyse data, and present insights. N Deliver clear and compelling presentations to stakeholders and leadership. NnCross‐Functional Collaboration Nn Collaborate with teams to address functional areas (e.G., payments, loans) or technical challenges (e.G., architecture design, Java coding). NExperiencenn You have at least 10 years of experience in project lead or project manager roles within a banking technology environment. NnTechnical Expertise Nn You have advancedstakeholder management, problem‐solving, and risk mitigation skills. N You are hands‐on with WBS, Excel data mining, JIRA, and Confluence. N You have strong presentation skills and can deliver transparent, compelling insights using PowerPoint. N You hold certificationssuch as PMP or PSM (preferred).
