As an International Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for designing a customized travel package, managing travel bookings, and providing top-notch service to our clients. You will leverage your expertise in international travel to offer tailored advice, book flights, accommodations, and activities, and ensure that every trip exceeds client expectations. NResponsibilities: NHere's the updated list in a consistent format: Nn Create CustomizedTravel Itineraries: Design and organize comprehensive travel plans, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities for international destinations. N Handle Travel Bookings: Make accurate reservations for flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring timely confirmations. N Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and post-travel follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. N Stay Updated: Keep abreast of travel trends, new destinations, changes in regulations, and emerging travel products to provide clients with the best options. N Coordinate with Travel Partners: Work with hotels, tour operators,



and other partners to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. N Proficiency in RelevantSoftware: Utilize travel operations tools and software to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency. N Multitask and Prioritize Tasks: Manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace. N Attention to Detail andOrganizational Skills: Ensure accuracy in managing complex travel itineraries and related documentation. N Knowledge of Travel Destinations: Possess a deep understanding of diverse destinations, cultures, and local regulations to guide client decisions. N Fluency in Multiple Languages: Leverage language skills to enhance communication with clients and partners globally (preferred but not mandatory). N Maintain Supplier Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. N Accurate Cost Recording: Record service costs meticulously and coordinate with the accounts team to verify invoices and manage payments efficiently. NnQualifications: N- Proven experience as anInternational Travel Consultant or similar role. N- Strong understanding ofinternational travel regulations and documentation.
