Job DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) NExperience: 1+ YearsAbout the Role NWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring GST compliance. If you have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books and are passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Nn Manage day-to-dayaccounting and bookkeeping activities. N Process and record all company payments accurately and on time. N Maintain daily accounting records in Tally and Zoho Books. N Ensure all financial transactions are updated on a daily basis. N Prepare and maintain the overall company Balance Sheet. N Prepare separate Balance Sheets and financial reports for each business vertical. N Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers. N Generate and share daily financial reports and MIS with the management team. N Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper maintenance of accounting records. N Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation,



and statutory compliance. N Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required. NRequirementsnn Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. N 1+ years of accounting experience. N Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime and Zoho Books. N Positive understanding of GST filing and accounting compliance. N Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting. N Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. N Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
