We are looking to fill the Packaging Designer position based in Ahmedabad. NPosition/Profile Title: Packaging Designer NGrade: Senior Executive NExperience: 5 to 10 years NLocation: Thaltej, Ahmedabad NEssential Qualification: Nn Proven experiencein packaging design, preferably in food or FMCG brands. N Proficiency in design software and packaging artwork development. N Strong understanding ofpackaging artwork adaptation, revisions, and version control NnCritical/Special Exposure: 5 to 10 years of experience in professional packaging design, preferably in export, FMCG, or food brands. NDesired Area of Expertise: Nn Understanding of export packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements. N Ability to work with frequent design changes and tight timelines. NnPurpose of the position: NWe see packaging design as a critical business function in the Export division, where product packaging must align with brand standards, market requirements, regulatory expectations, and frequent customer or country-specific changes. We are looking for a talented Packaging Designer who can create, adapt, and manage packaging artwork for export markets, ensuring all revisions are accurate, timely, and production-ready.



The ideal candidate will have robust knowledge of design software, packaging development, and export labeling requirements, and will be able to move seamlessly from concept to final artwork. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to ensure packaging outputs are creative, practical, compliant, and aligned to business needs. NRoles and Responsibilities: Nn Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the export and marketing teams mainly on packaging requirements and related materials. N Create and adapt packaging artwork for export markets, including market-specific changes, customer-specific requirements, and language/label updates. N Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, layout, and labeling. N Ensure final packaging graphics and layouts are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and compliant with export customer requirements. N Manage artwork revisions, updates, and version control with accuracy and attention to detail. N Maintain high standardsof quality, timelines, and design consistency across export packaging.
