- Set and sustain high academic standards across all grades Nand subjects
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in teaching Nand learning
- Conduct formal classroom observations of every teacher a minimum of twice per academic year, with structured written feedback a Nnd follow-up
- Work in close coordination with the Head of Teaching & Learning to ensure curriculum delivery, assessment quality, and staff Ndevelopmentn Admissions Enrolment
- Provide strategic oversight of the admiss Nions function
- Own and drive annual enrolment targets f Nor the campus
- Actively participate in parent engagement, campus visits, and community outreach to strengthen the scho Nol's pipelinen External Liaison & NRepresentation
- Serve as the primary representative of the school in all extern Nal engagements
- Build andmaintain productive relationships with CBSE, the district education office, and relevant civic and gov Nernment bodies
- Protect and enhance the school's reputation in the w Nider communityn Governance & Pa Nrent Engagement
- Manage the School Management Committee (SMC) in full compliance with statuto Nry requirements
- Lead theParent Teacher Association (PTA) and foster a culture of open, constructive pa Nrent engagement

- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of educators an Nd administrators

- Ensure the campus meets all CBSE affiliation requirements and reg Nulatory standards
