NRole SummarynAs aPre-Sales Executive, you will be the first design consultant customers interact with when they visit our showroom. Your role is to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, space requirements, and budgets, and guide them towards suitable furniture collections while creating an exceptional luxury buying experience. NYou will work closely with the Sales Team to convert enquiries into successful projects. NKey ResponsibilitiesnCustomer Experience Nn Welcome walk-in customers professionally. N Understand customer requirements through detailed discussions. N Build rapport and create a premium showroom experience. N Explain product features, materials, craftsmanship, finishes, and customization options. N Recommend suitable furniture collections based on customer requirements. N Assist customers in visualizing furniture within their spaces. NnDesign Consultation Nn Provide furniturelayout suggestions. N Advise customers on: N Space planningn Colour coordination N Material combinations N Wood finishesn Upholstery selections N Styling and accessories N Help customers create cohesive interior concepts.



NnSales Supportn N Qualify customer requirements before handing them over to the Sales Executive. N Prepare preliminary furniture selections. N Coordinate with the sales team for quotations. N Follow up on pending customer requirements whenever required. NnCRM & Documentation Nn Record all customer interactions in the CRM. N Maintain accurate enquiry records. N Update customer preferences and project notes. N Ensure timely follow-upreminders are recorded. NnCoordinationn N Work closely with: N Sales Teamn Design Team N Factoryn Customer Experience Team N Coordinate sample requests and material selections. NnCandidate Profile NEducationnn Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in: N Interior Designn Interior Architecture N Architecturen Furniture Design NnExperiencen N 5+ years in: N Interior Designn Modular furniture N Luxury furniturenHome interiors N Residential designn Premium retail interiors NnFreshers with exceptional design skills and communication may also be considered.
