NPosition OverviewnWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Modern Trade Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales. The ideal candidate will support business expansion by developing relationships with retail chains, managing distributors, increasing product visibility, and driving sales in the assigned territory. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Develop and maintain relationships with Modern Trade outlets, supermarkets, and retail chains. N Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail stores. N Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and timely replenishment. N Execute merchandising activities, product displays, and planograms to improve brand visibility. N Ensure products receiveadequate shelf space and visibility at stores. N Build strong relationships with store managers and category teams to drive sales.
N Implement promotional activities and ensure timely execution in assigned outlets. N Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors to avoid stock-outs. N Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with the reporting manager. N Travel within the assigned territory to visit stores and distributors. NnDesired Candidate Profile Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline. N 2–3 years of experiencein Modern Trade sales, preferably in FMCG, Home Care, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods. N Experience in working with Up-to-date Trade distributors and retail chains. N Positive communication and relationship-building skills. N Basic understanding of merchandising and in-store promotions. N Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. N Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. NnPreferred Skills Nn Customer relationship management. N Negotiation and sales skills. N Time management and organizational skills. N Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
