Job DescriptionJob Overview NWe are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data. N Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards. N Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks. N Create and manage Revitfamilies. N Conduct clash detectionand coordination using Navisworks. N Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD. N Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review. N Coordinate with projectteams to ensure model accuracy and consistency. NnRequirementsn N Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. N 1–2 years of Scan-to-BIM experience (Mandatory). N Experience working withpoint cloud data (RCP/RCS/E57). N Knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling. N Positive communication and teamwork skills. NnSoftware Skills Nn Autodesk Revit N AutoCADn Navisworks N Bluebeamn Autodesk ReCap (Preferred) N
