Job DescriptionJob Title: Admission Counsellor NDepartment: Admissions & Outreach NLocation: Vidyashilp University, Bengaluru NExperience Required: 1 to 3 years NJob Summary: NVidyashilp University is seeking enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions & Outreach team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about university programs, and supporting enrollment targets. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Counsel prospective students and parents through phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions. N Explain program offerings, eligibility, and admission processes clearly and effectively. N Maintain follow-ups with leads and inquiries generated through various sources. N Coordinate and participate in university open houses, school visits, education fairs, and webinars. N Maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system. N Collaborate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and lead generation.



N Support walk-in queriesand campus visits by providing a positive applicant experience. N Assist in documentation, interview coordination, and admission formalities as required. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline (Master's degree preferred). N 1 to 3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role. N Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus). N Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and guide students effectively. N Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. N Ability to work in a team and handle targets and timelines.
