Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounts Executive NLocation: Jaipur, Rajasthan NExperience: 2–5 Years NEmployment Type: Full-time NAbout the RolenWeare looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, GST filings, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with GST and TDS compliance, and the ability to ensure accurate financial records. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping. N Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely closure of books. N Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review. N Record and reconcile bank transactions, ledgers, and vendor accounts. N Prepare and file GSTR-1and GSTR-3B returns within statutory timelines. N Manage GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. N Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time. N Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. N Assist in return filingand maintain proper documentation of financial records.



N Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. N Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. N Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during audits and compliance reviews. N Maintain accounting records and supporting documents in an organized manner. N Support the Finance team with reports, analysis, and other accounting activities as required. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field. N 2–5 years of experiencein Accounting and Finance. N Strong knowledge of GST(GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS, and statutory compliances. N Experience in month-endclosing and MIS reporting. N Valuable understanding of accounting principles and taxation. N Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting ERP software. N Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis). N Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. N Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. N
