Job DescriptionJob Summary NWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Calling Customer Service Representative to manage outbound and inbound communication with patients for U.S. healthcare providers. The candidate will assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, insurance-related questions, payment reminders, and general support while ensuring HIPAA compliance and delivering excellent customer service. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and courteously N Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments N Explain patient balances, invoices, and billing statements N Assist patients with basic insurance-related inquiries N Update patient demographics and account information accurately N Follow up with patientsregarding unpaid balances and payment plans N Document call details and notes accurately in the system N Coordinate with provider offices and billing teams as required N Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality N Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets NnRequired Skills NCommunication Skillsn N Excellent verbal communication skills in English N Neutral accent with professional phone etiquette N Robust active listeningand empathetic communication skills NnTechnical Skills Nn Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare processes N Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred N Good typing speed and documentation skills N Working knowledge of MSExcel and email communication NnPreferred Knowledge Nn Basics of medicalbilling N Understanding of insurance terminology N Knowledge of prior authorization processes N Patient eligibility verification NnEducational Qualification Nn Graduate in any discipline preferred N Healthcare certification will be considered an added advantage NnSalary: 3.6 LPA + incentives based on performance
