Job DescriptionJob Description NPosition Title: Sr. Project Manager – Operations NLocation: Wagle Estate, Thane NReporting To: Founder & Principal Designer NPosition OverviewnTrance Interiors is seeking a highly capable and result-oriented Sr. Project Manager – Operations to take ownership of overall business operations, performance monitoring, and execution excellence. NThis role will act as a central leadership anchor, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, driving accountability. The individual will work closely with the Founder & Principal Designer and will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day operations in their absence. NKey ResponsibilitiesnDepartment Performance Management N● Monitor performance of all departments including Design, Projects, CRM, Purchase, and Accounts N● Conduct regular performance reviews and track key performance indicators N● Ensure alignment of departmental activities with overall business goals NProject Oversight and Execution Control N● Review high-level progress of ongoing projects across sites N● Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards N● Address critical project issues and ensure timely resolution NVendor and Contractor Management N● Monitor performance of vendors, contractors, and site teams N● Ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery N● Review and finalize vendor contracts and agreements NFinancial Planning and Budget Control N● Work closely with the Accounts team for budgeting and cost monitoring N● Track project-wise profitability and overall financial performance N● Ensure financial discipline and cost optimisation across operations NERP, Systems, and Reporting N● Ensure effective use ofERP systems across all departments N● Review MIS reports, dashboards,



and operational data N● Drive process improvements and system efficiency NTeam Leadership and Culture Development N● Lead and guide team members across departments N● Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance N● Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams NGovernance, Policies, andCompliance N● Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures N● Strengthen internal controls and compliance mechanisms NQuality, Timeline, and Client Satisfaction N● Monitor quality standards across all projects N● Ensure timely project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction N● Track client feedback and implement improvements NConflict Resolution and Decision Making N● Resolve inter-departmental issues and conflicts effectively N● Take timely and appropriate decisions to ensure smooth business operations NQualifications and Experience N● Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) N● 8 to 15 years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership roles N● Preferred industry experience in Interior Contracting, Construction, Infrastructure, or Healthcare Projects NKey Skills and Competencies N● Solid leadership and decision-making abilities N● Strategic thinking witha strong execution focus N● Sound financial and business acumen N● Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills N● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities N● Process-oriented mindset with experience in ERP and MIS systems NRole ExpectationnThe Sr. Project Manager – Operations is expected to function as the execution backbone of the organization, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while supporting the company's long-term growth and strategic objectives.
