Job DescriptionJob description NArea Sales Manager General Trade (ASM-GT) | FMCG | New Launch NLocation: Nagpur (Handling Vidarbha Region) NExperience: Minimum 7 -10 Years as ASM in entire Vidarbha NIndustry: FMCG NCTC: Maximum gross up to 9 LPA + DA NRoles & Responsibilities Nn Lead the successful launch of recent FMCG products across Vidarbha. N Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets. N Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to strengthen the distribution network. N Increase numeric distribution, outlet coverage, and market penetration. N Drive retailer activation, merchandising, and in-store visibility. N Lead and mentor Sales Officers/TSIs to improve market execution and productivity. N Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and sales initiatives. N Monitor stock availability, distributor ROI, and collection efficiency. N Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition. N Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. NnDesired Candidate Profile Nn Graduate in any discipline.



N Minimum 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience in the General Trade channel. N Minimum 2 years of teamhandling experience as ASM or equivalent. N Strong exposure to distributor appointment and market expansion. N Experience handling theVidarbha market is mandatory. N Exposure to new productlaunches will be an added advantage. N Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. N Willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory. NnPreferred Locations NCandidates currently handling or having experience in Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandrapur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Gondia, Bhandara, Gadchiroli, Washim, or Buldhana will be preferred.
