N 2-4 years of experiencein implementing PSS implementation/ migration project. N Drive cross-functional coordination between Business, Product, Architecture, Operations, Contact Center, Airports, Digital Channels, Loyalty, and external vendors. N Monitor implementation risks, vendor deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and budget adherence. N Establish governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes. N Lead PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and release planning activities. N Ensure solution readiness through SIT, UAT, operational readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch support. N Experience delivering enterprise integrations using APIs, XML, EDIFACT, and middleware platforms. N PMP/Price 2/Any other PM certified skilled. N
