N Investment planning with focus on tax efficiencies. N Due diligence and monthly monitoring of JV companies. N Robust knowledge of income computation, GST, company compliance, and company formation. N Coordination with investment bankers, PE/VC funds, and handling valuation discussions. N Finalization of books, CARO, TP audit, cost audits. N Preparation of financials, monthly trackers, and MIS reports. N Handling of private trusts, mutual funds, and individual investments. N
