Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. N*Experience Required:* Nn *3 years* of relevant accounting experience. Nn*Key Responsibilities:* Nn Manage *day-to-day* accounting operations. N Maintain *books of accounts* and ensure accurate financial records. N *Prepare and file GST and TDS returns* within the prescribed timelines. N Handle *GST reconciliations* and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations. N Manage *accounts payable* and *accounts receivable.* N Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. N Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual *financial reports.* N *Coordinate* with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments. N Process vendor *payments* and maintain vendor/customer ledgers. N Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations. N Maintain *payroll records and support salary processing* (if required).
N Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. N Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Nn*Requirements:* Nn *Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)* or a related field. *M.Com* or relevant *certifications* will be an added advantage. N * 3 years* of hands-on experience in accounting. N *Strong knowledge* of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance. N *Proficiency* in Tally,Busy, or similar accounting software. N Good knowledge of *MS Excel.* N Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. N Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
