Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience only in Manufacturing Industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace. NMandatory: Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required. NKey Responsibilitiesn* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities. N* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. N* Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. N* Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis. N* Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders. N* Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements. N* Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities. N* Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance. N* Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation. N* Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement,



and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency. N* Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred). N* Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions. N## Desired Candidate Profile N* 8–15 years of experience in Finance Controlling within a Manufacturing environment only. N* CA preferred; CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered. N* Strong experience in: N* Financial Controlling N* Plant Financen*Costing & Inventory Valuation N* Budgeting & Forecasting N* Financial Reporting & MIS N* Internal Controls & Compliance N* Statutory Audit Coordination N* Working Capital Management N* Experience with SAP (implementation or support experience is an added advantage).
