NKey Responsibilities: Nn Provide academic and career counseling to students for online degree and professional certification programs. N Assess students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements to recommend suitable courses. N Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to drive enrollments. N Explain course curriculum, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and financing options. N Guide students throughout the admission process and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. N Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using CRM tools. N Achieve daily calling targets, counseling sessions,



and monthly enrollment goals. N Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students. N Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students. NnRequired Skills: Nn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. N Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. N Ability to work in a target-driven environment. N Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. N Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn. N Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage). NnEligibility: NBachelor's degree in any discipline. N6 months+ years of experience in Business Development, Admission Counseling, Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales.
