Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales NEezily is looking for a senior real estate professional who can lead a sales team, build strong developer relationships, understand market opportunities, and drive revenue across residential and commercial real estate. NThis is not just a sales management role. NThis is a market-buildingand revenue ownership role. NThe ideal candidate should be someone who understands Ahmedabad's real estate market deeply, can identify high-potential locations, create area-wise business plans, guide team members, and support the company in generating quality leads through strong market intelligence.Key Responsibilities: Nn Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives / ARMs. N Drive sales, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures. N Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, and property owners. N Identify strong micro-markets, upcoming locations, and revenue opportunities. N Create area-wise sales and revenue plans. N Work with the marketingteam to plan lead generation campaigns. N Ensure proper CRM updates,
