Job DescriptionPosition: Technical Project Manager – Java NLocation: Chennai (Work from Office) NExperience: 10–16 years NEmployment Type: Full-Time NAbout the RolenAnoud Technologies is looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with strong Java-based development expertise and mandatory experience in the Insurance domain to lead cross-functional engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with proven project leadership skills, ensuring complex insurance-related projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based software projects within the Insurance domain (Life, P&C;, Health, or General Insurance). N Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with architects and development teams. N Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies. N Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and the engineering team. N Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. N Review technical designs and code quality at a high level to ensure alignment with project goals. N Identify and mitigate technical, compliance, and project risks proactively. N Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments. N Track project KPIs and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.



N Mentor junior project coordinators and support team capability building. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. N 10–16 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 4–6 years in a Technical Project Management role. N Mandatory: Hands-on experience working in the Insurance domain (policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, or related systems). N Strong hands-on background in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and related frameworks. N Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). N Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects; PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification preferred. N Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. N Experience with projecttracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. N Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical trade-off decisions. NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Experience in client-facing/consulting environments within insurance/insuretech. N Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
