You will work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment plans, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a solid talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in talent market research, and support workforce planning to meet organizational goals.
