Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team and support daily production activities. In this role, you will operate machinery, assemble products, and monitor production processes to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and making adjustments as needed to maintain high production efficiency. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma, ITI, or diploma in a relevant field is preferred, and prior experience in manufacturing is an advantage, though freshers are welcome to apply. You should also have basic mechanical knowledge, good teamwork and communication skills, and the flexibility to work in shifts.
