Job Description:

We are hiring for Medical Billing – Non-Voice Process professionals to join our growing healthcare support team in Chennai. This role involves processing medical claims, insurance verification, and ensuring accurate billing data entry without voice support. Ideal for freshers or those looking to build a career in healthcare BPO.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Process medical claims with accuracy and attention to detail.

Handle insurance billing, denial management, and AR follow-ups.





Enter billing data into software systems and maintain records.

Analyze rejections and escalate issues as needed.

Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and HIPAA rules.

Required Skills:

Good written English and typing skills.

Basic understanding of medical billing or healthcare domain is a plus.

Willing to work in night shift (US time zone).

Fresher-friendly with proper training provided.

Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Any graduate (Freshers can apply)

Candidates with experience in AR Calling or medical billing will be preferred.
